During the creation process, our artist will keep you updated with photos and videos of your painting.

You'll have the opportunity to share your preferences, including colors and shades, and our artist will incorporate your feedback. We believe in making your vision a reality.

Only when you're entirely satisfied with your painting will we ship it to you via FedEx/DHL/UPS etc.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have the option to return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

For damaged items, we offer a complimentary exchange service. If your artwork arrives damaged during transportation, please accept our sincere apologies. Simply send us a message with your order number and a photo of the damaged artwork, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll handle communication with the courier companies and promptly ship out a replacement within a few days.
